Thank you for buying products from JIJI FELICE. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. We want to make your shopping experience as easy and comfortable as possible. If you have any questions, please e-mail or call us directly. We will respond to your requests promptly and professionally. Although our service is very timely and the procedure is very simple, we urge you to kindly read the policies BEFORE you buy from us.

Contracts and orders are accepted only subject to our Terms & Conditions as set out herein and the client shall be bound by such conditions. No modification of these conditions or the particulars contained in our acceptance will be recognized by us unless expressly accepted by us in writing. Unless so agreed, any qualifications thereof or difference contained in the client’s own order shall be inapplicable.

SHOPPING
If you are a first time shopper, you must register and get an account (user name, password) by filling your personal details. Once registered and logged in, you can add any item to the shopping cart. The content of the shopping cart can be checked at any time by clicking on its icon visible everywhere on the website. You can choose to update quantities or delete an item whenever you like.

When your shopping is complete, you can go to checkout to complete the purchase. On submission, you can fill credit card information to pay online and automatically receive by email a receipt for the purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment and delivery data are collected through the most technologically advanced codification systems (SSL) and your personal information is highly protected.

SHIPPING
When we receive your payment, your purchase will be submitted for order processing and shipping. In case of non-availability or partial availability of the purchased products you will be notified by telephone or e-mail. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. Products are usually dispatched on the next day following receipt of your payment.

The prices of the products displayed are the net retail prices. At checkout, the system will calculate the shipping and insurance charges based on your purchase and the destination country you included during the registration process. You will be given the option of adding insurance to your purchase. If you do, a total amount of US$25.00 will be added to your shipment. Insurance covers all accidents including loss and damage that might occur from our premises to your door. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you check the condition of the box the moment you receive it and make sure that it has not been tampered with. Damage claims must be made the same day of the package arrival. Please inform the postman or the freight company immediately to open a claims file. In case you do not choose the insurance option, we will not be held responsible for damage, loss, or theft in transit if it happens.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you want your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Please note that although the weights of the products are clearly displayed in the descriptions, shipping is calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product (packaging included).

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your completed Sales Order. To ensure a swift and safe delivery, the freight company will require a signature as proof of delivery. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order.

Shipping times will vary. JIJI FELICE cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Please find the delivery time below:

2 working days for Arab countries
4 – 5 working days for Europe & USA.
6 – 7 working days for Africa.

Please note that we are not shipping to Israel.

CANCELLATIONS
We make every attempt to cancel an order as soon as possible upon receipt of your cancellation request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

  1. If the products have not been shipped, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your order. We will send you a return confirmation email that your order has been cancelled. We will refund you your money less commissions through the method which we find most suitable to us with your agreement.
  2. If the products have been shipped, cancellation is disallowed. In this case, there is nothing we can do and you are to expect your shipment as per arrangements.

RETURN DETAILS
We want you to love your product. Every effort has been taken to make this product highly satisfactory and to ensure you receive the goods in perfect condition. That's why all products have been repeatedly and carefully checked at different stations of manufacturing and packing before dispatch.

In case you would like to return your purchase, you have 7 days to send us an email to info AT jijifelice.com and specify the reason for your return. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and customs duties. As soon as we receive your return, make sure it is in good condition, and approve, we will issue a store credit for your purchase minus customs duties and commissions.
Please note that the products returned should be new, unused, and with all Jiji Felice tags still attached. Returned products that are damaged because of inadequate return packaging, physically damaged or broken products caused by misuse or mishandling, and products bought by mistake will be refused. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We recommend that returns be shipped through secure and trackable systems. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items in transit.

MADE-TO-ORDER
A made-to-order is an order you place for an item which is not available in stock. Your card is charged when you place your order so it will be produced especially for you. Made-to-orders are shipped after one month of payment maximum. We will get in touch with you if your order is ready before the month is over.

MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATION
After your credit card is charged, you can no longer cancel made-to-orders. The product is in this case exclusively manufactured for you.

MADE-TO-ORDER RETURN & REFUND
Please note that we do not return or refund made-to-orders.

DISCLAIMER
At JIJI FELICE we use the finest materials and each item is carefully inspected to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.

  1. Our leather has been dyed with transparent aniline with no additional pigments to preserve the natural beauty. Marks such as scars, insect bites, wrinkles and veining are natural characteristics of genuine leather. Leather is a natural product, so it cannot be uniform. Variations in shades, texture and visible natural markings, which can be found any place on the product are not considered defects, but are all distinctive features that only add to the beauty of fine quality leather. This is an indication of the authenticity of the leather, and it should be treated as a "mark" of true, high quality leather.
  2. The frame that we use on our old western bag is made in Italy. The originality of this frame is its vintage quality and the fact that it ages beautifully with the leather, giving an old rich well-used aspect to the bag. In time, the frame will inevitably get scratched from use and this is very normal and expected. Our technicians take every measure to handle the bag with great care at all times. They have to open it and close it a few times when they are setting the frame to make sure it is working properly. It gets naturally scratched on the openings. So we thank you for understanding that this is not considered a "defect" and it is an integral characteristic of the bag.
